Ginger is another most famous native product for export in Shandong Province. As one of the biggest exporters of Chinese ginger, we export ginger all year round. There are two varieties here. One is Thin Body Ginger and the other is Fat Body Ginger. As ginger can be stored in cellars for years in good condition, material is available almost at anytime.
Fresh Ginger is washed simply by water for short distance delivery. Air-dried Ginger is dried by air after washed by water for long ocean travel. Fresh clean ginger can be mashed into Ginger Paste. We can also produce IQF Ginger Portions.
