Mono-color master batches are prepared by a particular wet treatment method
which is authorized by an independent knowledge property right department.
The optimum surface modification effect on ultra-fine pigments is carried out in
a liquid medium combining with wet-mill techniques. The mono-color master
batches are produced first by blending modified pigments with polypropylene or polyethylene n liquid, drying in hot air, and then blending and palletizing with
a twin-screw extruder and a granulating machine. Quality control reports and test recorders are synchronized through the whole producing steps and a stabilized
quality of the products is insured.
