Description
Ivermectin belongs to the group of avermectins and acts against roundworms and parasites. Closantel is
active against fasciola and hypoderma spp.
Indications
Cattle,sheep-lambs: Preventive and curative treatment of parasitic disease
-Fluke:Fasciola hepatica,Fasciola gigantica, immature Paramphistomum sp.
-Nematodes:Haemonchus sp., Strongyloides papillosus, Bunostomum phlebotomum, Oesophagostomum sp.
-Arthopods:Hypoderma sp. (treatment of warbles) and oestrus ovis at all larval stages.
Contra-indications
Administration to lactating animals.
