FENG MEI (CTS) Coolant through spindle is an accessory to integrated with CNC machine tools,In now a day all the cnc cutting machinery mostly attached CTS, CTS improves overall productivity capability not only gain benefits on cutting,drilling but also gain tooling speed and tools life as well.
FENG MEI (CTS) for machine tools offer pressure from 20 bar to 300bar. For applications of machining precision parts, During parts machining, lots of heat is generated would deform parts, crack the tools, or even unintentionally heat treating the parts. In the meantime CTS SYSTEM comes in to provide cooling effect, quench the metal chips and flush them away from the parts. This produces better parts, allows more efficiency and greatly extend the life of the cutting tools.
