Product Description
Xylazine is an analogue of clonidine and a potent agonist at the α2 class of adrenergic receptor. Initial hypertension is caused by xylazine’s action at peripheral postsynaptic adrenergic receptors, which produces vascular smooth muscle contraction and vasoconstriction.
