Product Description
Xanthan Gum is a high molecular weight polysaccharide biopolymer designed specially to viscosify water base drilling, completion and workover fluids. It's soluble in all water systems from freshwater, seawater, salt and heavy brine systems.
Xanthan Gum is a low-solids, cost-effective viscosifier widely used in drilling, completion and workover fluids. It builds viscosity and gel structure in all water base systems.
Drilling fluids contained Xanthan Gum remain nearly constant viscosity from below freezing to 270¡ìH static bottom hole temperature, in a pH range of 3 to 12 and, the product is non-toxic as well as biodegradable.
