XR-306 XRF energy spectrometer for RoHS

X-Ray tube excites the primary x-ray, which shines to the sample after properly choose filter. The stimulated sample will emit x-ray photons contains the elementý­s characteristic x-ray (to be called X-ray fluorescence), then use the detector X-123 which has high energy resolution, to obtains the spectrum, in which different element forms the different peak, and the intensity of the peak and the content of the element are proportional the relations.
