In 2016, Feilong Automotive Component, a company with 60-year history in automotive component industry, contacted us and inquired about motor controller for automotive water pump. The client was really picky and particular, their engineer team set a standard on protection measure beyond the industry. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high standard, the cost would exceed cost budget.

After evaluating meticulously, our team decided to take this project, challenging advancement works. Engineered from ground up, Xiongcai R&D team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously called XCA107, making all parameters up to customer’s standard. After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA107 water pump motor controller was approved. It's been six years since this motor speed controller has been introduced by this client.
