We are a manufacturers of table wines with D.O. Ribeiro (Galicia, Northwest of Spain) for great consume and with a very competitive price.

This wine comes from the variety of the main presence in Ribeiro, the Palomiïo grape. This variety, isolated of the humid winds in vineyards that ascend up to half slope in the banks of Miïo and Avia rivers, give rise to wines of half graduation and a very personnel acidity.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS :
At glance is a very clean shining yellow aspect. Primary bouquets with taste of fruit, feel of apple, azarolus and green mirabelle. Into the mouth results lightweight, dry, soft and linearly tasty from the final attack of mouth. Pleasant Posttaste.

TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION: 9º-11ºC.

PROCESS OF ELABORATION:
Gran Viïal is elaborated through hopper of reception of steel, press of membrane, tanks of stainless steel that allow a controlled fermentation by cold system, managing to retain the primary bouquets of the wine, isothermal barrels, anti-microbial and of emptiness filter so that to obtain this wine clean and brilliant.
