Product Description
This machine takes PP, PE as raw materials. The materials are heated, extruded and stretched into flat fibre then rolled for circular loom's weaving.
Our company has improved the machine several times. The flat fibre is drawn out with the material such as reclaimed material powder and pellet materials through the machine. The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. It's hardness is more higher than HV950 after Nitrogen treatment. So it's durable.
The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation. All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium.
