Twin Screw Extruder + Single Screw Extruder
Double stage compounding extrusion has two stages. First stage is HT co-rotating win screw extruder or HTY counter-rotating twin screw extruder. The second stage is SJ single screw extruder. HT/HTY twin screw extruder cuts and compounds the materials, and SJ single screw extruder pelletize. Scientific and advanced structure avoids the decomposition of materials due to overheat. Double stage compounding extruder is welcomed by low consumption, high quality and high output.
