Tempered laminated glass, also known as toughened laminated glass, is a kind of laminated glass. It is a composite of two or more ordinary float glass after tempering. The middle layer is mostly PVB film (scientific name polyvinyl butyral), which is a kind of safety glass that bonds two or more layers of glass together through a special process of heating and high pressure.
