Fusing machine belt without joint called Teflon seamless fusing belt is typically used for fusing and laminating process. Fusing machine belt is made of high strength fiberglass knitted specially to be seamless and then impregnated with PTFE resin under high temperature which offers excellent quick release property, withstand high temperature up to 260®C(500℉), longer lifetime and anti static feature if required.. This seamless belt overcome the problem of fusing belt with joint like not stable, bread down and deflecting due to different girth on both sides at the joint part. The selling points of this belt is its seamless property which will ensure no markings of joint transfer to fused and laminated garment. The lifetime of seamless fusing belt will be at least 3 times than normal belt with joint.
