① Standard production factory covers 30,000 sqm. 150 units production capacity per month is a great and fast support to all customers.
②All products must be strictly tested 3 times before delivery: raw material test, online test and finishing test. We must control all minor problems in our factory, rather than in your factory.
③TUV Test, Italian CE Test , FDA Test etc, it is certain that these certificates and standard sacrifice some time and cost, but we believe they are worth it .

Warranty

Warranty period: TOPTEK provides 2 years warranty for whole machine. During the warranty period,TOPTEK is responsible for free repairs and replacement of parts and components (except for consumables such as conductive fibers, lens and nozzles) that fall within the scope of the warranty. Due to buyer’s entrusting a third party to disassemble and repair the machine, abnormal power supply, bad working environment etc. and external factors that cause machine failure or machine damage are not included in the free warranty.
In case of equipment failure (except for human-made damage or irresistible factors), TOPTEK shall respond within 24 hours and support with telephone, email, and Internet.
TOPTEK warrants that the machine shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.This warranty does not extend to any of the said which has been: (1) Subjected to misuse, neglect,accident or abuse,
(2)Improperly repaired, or altered or modified in any way, and
(3)Used in violation of instructions
Anyone must not disassembly the laser source, if did, the laser source will be not warranted.
