The pump heads, valves, piping and liquid contact parts such as pressure sensors, flow meters, pH, conductivity and UV detectors of single-use UF/DF systems are all made of disposable replaceable parts, all of which are designed to be pre-packaged aseptically in advance and installed directly after unpacking before use, eliminating the need for CIP verification. Particularly suitable for applications where multiple CDMOs or multiple products are in common line.
