Silicon carbide nano powder, produced by Plasma Arc Vapor Synthesis technology & reactor patented by our company- Hefei Kaier Nano-meter Technology and Development Limited Company, has high purity, small APS, large specific surface area, high surface activity, excellent mechanic, thermal, electrical and chemical properties, e.g., it has high hardness and melting point, high wear resistance and fine self- lubricating, anti-creep, anti-oxidization, different radiation or adsorption of light, low thermal expansive coefficient and large high temperature strength.
It is used in such plastics as PI, PEEK, PTFE, PE, PVC, PA, PP, PS, PC, PET, PBT, ABS, POM, PPO, PPS etc. successfully, featuring excellent wear resistance, thermal conductivity, insulation, anti high temperature, low coefficient of heat expand.
