Product Description
Working principle:
BTL series Self-propelled trolley is powered by the trailing cable. The powered source 380V-690V is leaded into electric control cabinet by cable, which controls the motor to make the car start, stop, move forward and move backward. The cable is laid between two rails and operation voltage is 36V.
Details of the self-propelled trolley
The frame of the self-propelled trolley is welded by high quality steel, with assistant of running mechanism, gears, AC motor, current collector. And radar detector, warning light, buffer device are mounted on the trolley. PLC and hydraulic lifting can be mounted on the trolley.
Application of self-propelled trolley
The self-propelled trolley is suitable for working short running distance. These series trolleys are much lower than other series, so they are more suitable for logistics industry. The BTL self-propelled trolleys are usually applied to steel mills, foundry plants and factories doing all kind of spare parts.
