Working principle: Through the continuous cooperation of the high-speed running of 4 rotor blow bars and 2 impact plates, the materials entering the crushing chamber are directly impacted and crushed by the rotor blow bars. The crushed materials are thrown to the impact plate to be crushed again, and then bounce back to the plate hammer to form impact crushing. Materials from large to small enter the 1 and 2 impact bins and are crushed repeatedly and then discharged from the outlet of the crushing bin. Materials that do not meet the specifications are returned to the feeder through the return belt to continue crushing until the materials are crushed to the required particle size.
The equipment has high output, integrated equipment installation, and high equipment working efficiency.
