Product Description
Rubber abrasion tester is widely used in rubber industry. It is mainly used to test the wear resistance of rubber.
DIN Abrasion Testing Machine, it is used to determine the wearability of rubber to identify the quality of rubber products. During the test, the rubber rubbed against the gauze on the roller under a certain load, and measure the wear loss. The equipment consists of machine base, roller, weight, reducer, motor, transverse block, cantilever, screw rod, etc. Rubber sample is clamped on the cantilever rotary spring, and the speed reducer drives the roller to rotate. Under the prescribed pressure, the gauze of the roller rubs against the sample to achieve the purpose of wear. The equipment has the advantages of small sample, time saving and no repeated friction.
