Introduction
HENGRUI High temperature energy saving Company is specialized in silica alumina ceramic fiber refractory material, which have done R&D for high temperature and energy saving materials since established. The roller bricks are researched by our company according to the special request from roller furnace.
The HENGRUI roller bricks (Roller seals) adopt high grade silica alumina fiber bulk and are vacuum formed. Each brick carved by numerical control machine by our technician, to confirm precision for different parts and the holes diameter. The products are low density, light weight, high hardness, good insulation, long usage and so on. The high mechanical strength and excellent thermal shock resistance make the bricks don’t change when eroded by high temperature airflow. The products are widely used in tempering industry in China such as North Glass of China (Luoyang), Land Glass (Luoyang), Mountain Glass(Luoyang), Fuyao Glass (Fuzhou), Fuchong Machinery (luoyang), Tucheng Glass(Qinhuangdao), Jing Glass(Hangzhou), Easttec Glass (Luoyang) and so on, which not only have heating & energy saving effect, but also solve the insulation problem for many steel enterprise.

HENGRUI roller bricks are non-standard customized products. We will do according to the drawing offered. Customer should provide the following size:
Long, wide, thickness, roller Diameter, Roller distance and roller quantity.
