Product Description
Automatic industrial robot arm laser welding system is a automation system which equip a robot arm to hold laser welding head to 3D welding.Especially suitable for welding of various components of the laser precision. Production efficiency is increased 8 times comparing with other normal laser spot welding systems.
Intelligent operation, flexible and reliable, 6-axis linkage, welding in any space, not limited to plane welding;
Stable welding quality, high precision, small deformation, high penetration, no weld penetration.
The laser head can be turned for 360 degrees, and the whole optical path can be turned 360 degrees too, up and down by motor, front and after adjustable, especially suitable for repair of large, medium and small-sized moulds.
Intelligent remote controllers are employed for adjusting parameters, with simple and convenient operation.
