PDT70-W58ER is a short-term removable adhesive label made of direct thermal material. It is suitable for labeling substrates such as PET and glass bottles and can be easily removed without leaving any residue.

Applications of Removable Jar Labels PDT70-W58ER

The thermal sensitivity of this thermal sensitive product is suitable for barcode printer printing. It is recommended to test it before use to avoid any long-term exposure to the environment above 50 ® C or direct sunlight to protect the product quality. Although the label has certain moisture resistance, it is not recommended to be used in water immersion or long-term storage in a humid environment. After printing, the label cannot be placed in a place that is easily contaminated with animal and vegetable oil or chemical substances, so as to avoid that the barcode cannot be scanned. Weak adhesive acrylic adhesive is not suitable for repeated pasting. It is not suitable for pasting PE or PVC products, and it is not recommended to apply it to the surface with oil.

Printing Methods of Removable Jar Labels PDT70-W58ER

It can be used for most traditional printing methods. Due to the thermal sensitivity of the product, the processing environment above 50 ® C should be avoided. Ink containing alcohol or volatile organic solvent may damage the thermosensitive layer. It is recommended to use raw ink without any additives as far as possible for processing and printing. Spot color inks or inks with additives are recommended to be tested before printing.

Shelf life

12 months, applicable only to the material delivered by Jinya which has not undergone further processing, under the following STORAGE CONDITIONS:

This material must be stored at a temperature of 23¯2ºC and 50¯5% of Relative Humidity.

Storage area must be dry and clean.

Keep the material in the original packaging when not used in order to protect it from dust and contamination.

Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
