Pre-production Inspection

Clario International (http://www.clarioint.com) provides US and European clients that purchase goods in China with trade services including sourcing and qualifying suppliers, inspecting goods and managing logistics. In addition, we provide translation and travel arrangements for clients visiting China.

At the beginning of production, our inspectors will check on the quality of main components, materials and accessories according to our clientsÿ?specifications and/or reference samples.
We do this in order to allow for corrections and improvements to be made before mass production.

Any problems are immediately reported so as to avoid delay in shipment. During pre-production inspection, we perform the following tasks:
1) Evaluate the production capability and equipment in the factory.
2) Evaluate the factoryÿ®s quality control and the executive team
3) Check the accuracy of production facilities and equipments.
4) Audit production and quality control techniques.
5) Check the quantity and quality of materials and main components that will be used in the products.
