1. The entire machine is equipped with one set of 3Kw trimming assembly; 2
sets of 3KW profiling assemblies; 6 sets of side straight edge polishing
assemblies (2 sets are a group driven by 1 2.2KW motor); 8 sets of circular
arc polishing assemblies (2 sets are a group driven by 1 2.2KW motor), with
4 sets for the upper and lower parts respectively;
2. Conveyor belt specification: 9mm thick 150mm wide flat belt;
3. Pressure wheel structure, with an overall pneumatic lifting and lowering of
the pressure beam;
4. The arc polishing adopts a crank swing mechanism, driven by a 1.1KW
motor;
5. The baffle is manually adjusted and locked.
6. The main transmission adopts variable frequency transmission, with an
installed power of 1.5Kw;
