GF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off, cutter, stacker or belling machine etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt the imported AC frequency control device. The vacuum pump and hauling motor employ superior goods. Haul-off of different specifications, such as two caterpillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, six caterpillars etc are designed for different requirements. It may choose the saw blade cutting type or the planetary cutting type. It is additionally attached with length measuring apparatus and thickness increasing device. The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency. Our company may allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the inner wall spiral coil and core ply blister tube set according to the client's requirements.
