Product Introduction


Most Muti-layer Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh Filter Elements, including conventional and pleated types, are constructed of premium stainless steel. The pleated type sintered mesh filter cartridge has a greater filtering surface than the conventional type, and both have strong mechanical strength and pressure tolerance. They resist corrosion and are simple to clean. Sintered mesh filter cartridges are used in the liquid and gas filtration, chemical fiber filtration, polyester, and water treatment sectors because of their great resilience and long service life.

The protective layer, filter layer, and support layer make up the Muti-layer Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh Filter Element. The multi-layer sintered laminates contain fine woven wire mesh (the filter layer). The laminates shield the fine mesh from mechanical harm caused by pressure from the outside environment. Process Description

Through a number of technological procedures, sintered wire mesh is created. To achieve adequate contact at wire mesh intersections, precision woven wire mesh is evenly calendered. Then, under mechanical pressure in unique fixtures inside a hot furnace, one or more layers of this calendered web are laminated. The furnace is heated to the sintering temperature while being surrounded by a special environment of inert gas. The individual wires and each layer of wire have been bonded together after being carefully cooled, making the mesh solid. Compared to ceramics and sintered metal powder/particles, it has more favorable overall characteristics. Sintered mesh filters are very durable.

The filter element, which is simple to maintain and has a long lifespan, can be created without the need for internal assistance.



Package and Shipment

1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.

2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the customer²s designated place without damage.
