General Description

Controlled by solid relay, the machine applies the imported temperature control system for temperature controlling, and time relay is used to control bonding time.
It can bond the materials as below：
PVC, ABS, PET, etc;

Note: different materials have different bonding parameters (like temperature, Time and Pressure)

Key Features:
1. The machine uses double cylinders for moving power, and the pressure is adjustable.
2. It is equipped with 3 bonding heads. The bonding position can be adjusted.
3. It applies electrical heater to heat up and uses the temperature controller to control the temperature.
4. Bonding time is controlled by time relay, and it is simple to set.
