Mogra208 is a Service-provider edge switch enabling service aggregation, ideally suited for Service Provider and enterprise networks. Mogra208 maximizes bandwidth utilization with its QoS features and offers flexibility in configuration for aggregating customer networks from CPEs.
With increased demand for Next-Gen services like Metro Ethernet, Wireless P2P, new services like Triple play and online gaming, service providers are looking for edge devices, which are feature-rich, yet simple to install and use.
Mogra208 is a Layer-2 access aggregation switch offering QoS and priority for multi-service and IMS traffic, differentiating flows based on VLANs. The protocol-rich edge switch enables Ethernet and Fast Ethernet on copper interfaces, Gigabit on copper / fiber interfaces.
This SNMP managed device supports features that are essential for customer access provisioning and supports link diagnostics as per IEEE 802.3ah & Dying gasp
The Mogra208 provides Ethernet and Fast Ethernet on RJ45 copper ports, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity on Copper / Fiber media (SC connector).
Supporting IGMPv1/v2/v3 protocols along with full set of IEEE 802.1Q VLANs, RSTP and wire-speed switching among its ports, this is a true service class device, more suitable for Service Providers and Large enterprises. Content-rich management features for Mogra208 are offered by LITEVIEW NMS, a Linux-based Management tool.
