MDF foil

Hot stamping foil for MDF is a dry-lacquer material concentrated by three layers: Abrasion-resistant layer, decorative pattern and glue. The thickness of the foil is only 20-30 mic and it has no formaldehyde or any other volative material. It is the first launched new environmental decorative material in china which can be directly transferred to middle and high density fibreboard , wood and other likely materials as surface decoration. Once transferred in to shape, the lacquer film will have positive features as great adhension and abrasion-resistance. there’s a wide application of this foil in the surface decoration and special-shaped margin sealing of door margin, floorboard, decorative wood chip, windows, door plank, breading board of furniture ETC.
