Large slab online cutting machine for Ceramic&porcelain tile and sintered stone
1.This line ordinary is composed of loading machine or robot hand+ main cutting machine+suction cup machine,and then connected to big grinding machine.
2.. Using four 7x90 (mm) flat belts for conveying; Variable frequency speed regulation, with an installed power of 1.5Kw.
3. Wheel cutter frequency conversion speed regulation, with an installed power of 1.1Kw.
4. Use pneumatic jacking to separate the tiles into 2 pieces.
5. Machinable tile specification (mm) 1600x3200
6. Cutting speed: 2-4pcs/min
7. Approximate overall dimensions (length x width x height/mm): 4240x2600x1155
8.Order to be subject to the final approval drawings and technical document.
