Ladder accessories

The K&S Metals Ladder head roller, stability and safety devices are made of extruded twin cavity square section aluminium to ensure light weight and strength. All joints are welded and braced to ensure strength and safety. Pictured is the 6” (150mm) stand off.

Attachment to ladders is achieved in seconds unlike most other devices which require nuts and bolts.

The specially molded NBR Rubber “Safe T Squeeze Wheels” are set on square nylon hubs. These are 5” wheels as compared with the standard 3” ones.

The design of the wheels and hubs ensures they squash flat when weight is applied to the ladder.

This ensures a much better grip of the wall whilst an operator is on the ladder and the wheels make erection of the ladder very simple with minimum marking of the wall when sliding the ladder up and down.

The specially designed springs and hooks securely but also simply affix the device to the rungs of the ladder.

Weighing in at 2.2Kg this device is available powder coated in any colour (depending on order quantity).

The 12” (300mm) and 18” (450mm) stand off is great for supporting ladders at the corners of buildings and for working around rainwater down pipes but it also gives a greater stand off distance than the 6” model.

This stabilizer is 750mm (30”) wide and depending on inside or outside mounting of the Rung Hooks gives the user an 18” or 12” Stand off distance from wall to ladder.

The weight of this stabilizer is 3kg and as with the 6” model is available in a range of powder coat finish colours or bare anodized aluminium finish.

These stabilizers are designed to fit over all standard ladders by simply Hooking the RUNG SPRINGS over the ladder rungs.

There are two tension settings as shown in the picture depending on the distance between rungs.

This ensures a safe attachment of the stabilizer to the ladder.

The 23” (55cm) Stand off with a large V groove (400mm wide) the same width as a standard ladder to ensure maximum stability for work over corners.

The welded in plate not only stabilizes this stand off for lateral movement but becomes a fantastic work bench for laying tools and for also paint cans etc.

Because of it’s size this is also supplied in knock down form for easy packaging and transport.

The width is 34” (865mm) which gives our maximum width ladder stabilizer.

The pole stand is a must for any ladder use for poles. The sturdy jaws are pvc covered and a tough strap ensures the ladder cannot part company with the pole.

The stand off is clamped securely to the ladder rungs and is adjustable to suit any rung height.
