Cerium-doped Silicate Yttrinm Lutetium crystal(LYSO:Ce) is a new inorganic scintillation crystal of excellent performances. It has the advantages of high light output, fast decay time, good radiation hardness, high density, high effective atomic numbers, high detection efficiency of Gamma rays, non-hydroscopicity and stable physical and chemical properties
The aboved mentioned properties mean that LYSO is an ideal candidate for a range of ray detection applications in nuclear physics and nuclear medicine, which require higher through improved timing resolution and energy resolution. EPIC can produce LYSO crystal with 60mm diameter and 200mm height in high volume, also finished pixel or customized array were in availibility in our side
