In the field of high temperature defoamer, LR-MQ can effectively improve high temperature resistance, defoaming and foam suppression. Compared with silicate MQ, due to the lower molecular density of LR-MQ, the defoamer produced with it is more ideal than silicate MQ in terms of defoaming and foam suppression. In order to meet the better performance of the defoamer in the high-temperature system and ink system, LR-MQ has been specially treated with low molecular weight, so that the small molecular content is less than 0.1%, and the molecular uniformity ensures the stability of the emulsified product;

In the field of release, LR-MQ is a highly efficient and compatible release agent. Especially in polyurethane processing technology, this product can be used to prepare high-solid content release agent stock solution or solvent-based anti-adhesive agent, which has excellent mold release, avoids accumulation on the mold, and protects the smooth surface of molded parts. As a release agent for silicone polyurethane, the post-coating performance of molded parts mainly depends on the formulation of the release agent.
