Insulating Glass

• Optical performance

Various types of insulating glass can be used for IGU to meet the request of sunlight transmission and invisible reflection. Generally, the range of sunlight transmission rate is 10-80%, reflection rate is 13-35%.

• Termal performance

The heat transfer coefficient U value is reduced in insulating glass. If the filled gas is neon, argon, or helium, the heat transfer coefficient can be further reduced.

• Sound insulation performance

IGU is ideal for sound insulating material. General IGU can reduce noise by 30 decibel, but IGU filled with inert gas can further reduce 5 decibel. This means IGU can reduce 80 decibel traffic noise to 45 decibel, which creates a quiet environment.

• Anti-dew under low temperture

As IGU is filled with enough dry agent, it can effectively absorb the vapor from inside or outside. This ensures the inner gas space is absolutely dry and would not dew.

• Light weight

Under the same effect of heat insulation, using IGU to replace brick wall or concrete can reduce the load of buildings.
