Description

Structure:
The door frame of the water spray chamber  is insulated with high temperature and aging resistant silicone rubber door seals, the outer shell is coated with rust-resistant cold-rolled sheet, and the outer box is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has a long service life and is not easy to rust
The rotary table is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance. The height of the turntable can be adjusted, because the height of the test sample and the height of the Spiracle must have corresponding fixed values.
JOEO rain spray test chamber swing tube is also made of 304 stainless steel. The swing tube drive adopts a stepper motor, which has the advantages of low noise, fast speed, and accurate angle.
The standard water tank of the rain testing equipment has an automatic water intake function and is equipped with high and low water level alarm detection, which can effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to water shortage.
The stress free door handle can open and close the test door with one hand, making it convenient and labor-saving.

Precautions 
Rain test machine runs for a long time. If the water spray hole is found to be blocked, the pipeline must be removed, rinsed with tap water, and then assembled
After the equipment positioning is completed, it is necessary to support the bracket to prevent the casters from being displaced due to vibration during the equipment testing process.
If an unexpected sound is heard during operation, it is necessary to stop the vehicle for inspection. After discovering and resolving the fault, the machine can be restarted to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.
The transmission mechanism must be refueled regularly, and the gearbox must be filled with clean 20 # oil.
