Performance and Characteristics:
This machine adopts microprocessor, frequency conversion governor and silicone controlled DC governor, automatic belt change filter, advanced hot drawing oven and large L/D ratio etc. On the basis of introducing the foreign advanced techniques, the line has the performance of high speed, large output, less energy consumption and forming high quality fiber drum. The technical index is up to international advanced level. It can be used in various flat fiber forming conversions of the thermoplastic, such as PP, HDPE and LDPE etc.
