High strength HT300 cast iron machine bed with solid structure. Medium frequency quenched rectangular guide rail (52-54 ¨), one time clamping precision grinding, sliding plate pasted with special wear-resistant plate, manual scraping precision matching, bearing pedestal and motor pedestal are assembled by scraping inlay.
