Clad braiding
Sheath weaving is the use of 8, 12, 16, 24, 36, 48, 60 and other spindles on the two tracks, according to the packing specifications to determine the sheath, generally woven 1~4 layers, no core in the middle, the sheath packing density is good, strong sealing, but because of the sheath, there is no fiber connection between the layers easy to delamination, so it is mostly used for static sealing or low-speed equipment.
Sandwich weave
Sandwich weaving is rubber or metal as the core, fiber outside, a layer of weaving, the number of layers according to needs, similar to the sheath weaving, sandwich weaving density is better, high strength, good bending performance, good sealing, but like the jacket structure, the surface layer is easy to fall off after wear, generally used for pumps, valves, rarely used in reciprocating equipment.
Core weave
Through the core weaving is made of 8, 12, 16, 24, 36, 48, 60 and other spindles on three or four tracks, square section, flat surface, good elasticity and wear resistance, high strength, good compactness, and the contact surface with the shaft is larger and uniform than the braid type, and the gap between the fibers is small, so the sealing is good, the whole filler will not be loose after the surface layer is worn, and the service life is long. It is a relatively advanced weaving structure.
