The small freeze dryer (FD-1 ~ fd-50) adopts the single cold hydrazine water impulse ice melting system. After each freeze-drying, the ice is quickly melted with hot water 30 minutes later, which improves the production efficiency.
Industrial embedded touch screen + special sh-hpsc-iii modular controller, the system is stable and reliable with high control accuracy.
The professionally designed fd-manager control system can save multiple groups of process formulas, and can adjust the process in real time during the drying process to improve the process optimization rate.
Instructions for use: the equipment is supplied with water, electricity and ventilation → the raw materials are ready for loading → put into the freeze dryer → pre freezing and sublimation drying (direct pre freezing in the freeze dryer) → out of warehouse packaging
