Product Description
Equipped with a mechanical counting device, this flow meter can be used in stationary technical installations, as well as in mobile refueling and pumping installations on land. The elliptical gear flow meter OGM-R-25 should be used within the temperature range specified for the instrument, which ensures sufficient accuracy, usually up to 0.5%, and it is a relatively accurate flow measurement instrument. After long-term use of the elliptical gear flow meter, its internal gears will be corroded and worn, thus affecting the measurement accuracy. Working Principle
Two oval gears rotate and are meshed under the action of the liquid flow. They measure a certain volume of liquid at each rotation. The rotation of the gears is transmitted to a counting mechanism and each rotation will measure a certain volume of liquid.
