This valve acts as an opening and closing mechanism to control the flow of gas, liquid, semiliquid and microparticle powder transmission lines or containers.

Features of Flanged Triple Offset Butterfly Valve
1. Seat and disc almost no wear, sealing performance tighter;
2. Sealing surface adopts hard facing alloy, the sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life;
3. Disc with large size adopts a quilted structure with high strength, large flow area, and small flow resistance;
4. It has an excellent sealing performance at low temperature and high temperature.

Principle of Flanged Triple Offset Butterfly Valve
The pressure on its sealing surface is produced by the torque of the transmission and the action of the dielectric pressure on the valve plate. When the pressure of positive medium increases, the tighter the pressure between the disc oblique cone surface and the seat sealing surface, the better the sealing effect. When in reverse flow mode, the sealing between the disc and seat is driven by the torque of the actuator to force the disc towards the seat. As the pressure of the reverse medium increases, the unit positive pressure between the valve plate and the seat is less than the pressure of the medium.
