Ferric Phosphate
Its molecular formula is FeSO4 x 4H2O and its molecular weight is 150.82 (anhydrous). Yellowish white to beige powder, no smell, insoluble in water and acetic acid, soluble in inorganic acid. Nourish enlarger, mostly used in cakes, rice products and pasty food.
