FILLER MASTERBATCH VIETNAM

VC-PE (Polyethylene)/ VC-PP (Polypropylene) Filler Masterbatch contains 70%~80% Calcium Carbonate with natural white.
It is easy to disperse with good compatibility.
Reduce input material cost.
It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, flexural strength, size stability and printability.
It also reduces heat release from burning therefore prevents further environmental pollution.

Applications

Injection Molding, PE Plastic, PE Bottle, PP woven bag, PP Pipe, PP non-woven.
Basing on detail requirement of customer, Vinacolour also develops customized grades with special colour such as black, blue, yellow or added features by using additivies for increasing strength, gloss, stiffness, etc.
