Ethernet over Coax 4 LAN EOC Slave Terminal

EOC CD5104 is a EOC Slave device, which has one cable television output port, one cable TV and Ethernet data hybrid input port and four Ethernet data access port (RJ45), attached with individual 220VAC power adapter. CD5102 is the EOC slave based on HomePlug AV solution for Ethernet access over coax. It works together with EOC master which is based on HomePlug AV solution as well to construct a two‐layer Ethernet data transmission channel on CATV coax cable, provide the Ethernet access service based on the existing coax cable networking. CD5102 adopts INT6400 chipset, and OFDM modulation technology of high interference resistance, taking up the low frequency between 7.5MHz and 30MHz to transfer data. Its physical layer speed is 200Mbps, while the maximum MAC layer throughout is 100Mbps. Deploying CD5102 for data access could make full use of the current coax cable networking for easier and faster construction without changing the current networking and having no impact on the existing CATV service.
