Dope Dyed Polyester POY Yarn (DDB POY YARN)
Polyester Dyed Spinning Fiber is made of polyester chip (PET chip) and color master batch (color powder) by high temperature melting and high-speed spinning. After spinning, the colorant is evenly dispersed in the fiber, called spinning before dyeing or liquid coloring, and the fiber is Doped-dyed Fiber (Spun-dyed fiber).

Polyester POY yarn is mainly available in raw white color, but it also is available in various different colors called Colored Polyester POY Yarn. POY is usually colored by the Dope Dyed technology as it is efficient, continuous spinning, equitable coloring, good color fastness, high dye-uptake, short production cycle, low cost and less pollution.
Black master-batch is mixed with the chip raw material to make the black spinning yarn. Dope dyed black POY was made to reel off the yarn by melting, after deformation processed into DDB DTY (low elastic textured yarn) by spinning. Dope dyed POY yarn can be generally used to make the Dope Dyed DTY yarn.

Pre-oriented Yarn (POY) is the initial material for a wide range of fashion, sports, functional fiber and home textiles. In the following production, POY yarns are textured and that make up the lion’s share of the global production of manmade fiber yarns.
