Basic information of air and dirt separator
This valve is used to remove air mass and microbubbles in the circulation system.

1. Pressure drop is very low and will not cause the hydraulic imbalance to the system；

4. Removal of residual air is remarkable.
Principle of Dirt Separator & Air Realease
The valve adopts a unique spiral-type filter to collect air mass and micro air bubbles in the medium through the spiral groove of the filter core. Large air bubbles rise to the gas collecting chamber in the upper part of the separator. When the system is in normal operation, they are discharged through the air release valve at the top.

Installation and Commissioning of Dirt Separator & Air Realease
This valve needs to be installed horizontally on the pipeline. It is recommended to be installed at the higher temperature or lower pressure in the system. Leave enough room for operation and maintenance around the upper and lower areas. For specific use, please consult ZECO Valve Group.
