Our factory started to research and produce super glue ten years ago when our old factory just built up which cover an area of 1,500 sqm, and specilized producing adhesives (cements) for home and workers including cyanoacrylate adhesive (liquid and gel), contact adhesive, universal glue, pvc pipe cement etc.Till today we still keep the old factory to use as a reaction site and make filling, packing, inspection, delivery in new factory with has over 14,000 sqm.
The workshop of super glue is equipped with 30 employees, 2 professors, one chemister, 3 reactors, 2 filling machines, 9 blister machines, 3 QA guys. It produces 100,000pcs each working days.
We also have our own controlled aluminum tube factory with 4 injection, 3 cutting, 4 printing machines, that produce 80,000 aluminum tube per day. The air proof quality is guaranteed because aluminum purity is over 99.73% as tested by SGS.
