Crawler mobile screening station

The crushed materials is transferred to the feeding conveyor and feeds them into the screenina system. A high-speed vibrating motor screens the materials through three layers of varying mesh sizes, that produce four separate ideal and qualifying materials. There are four conveyor belts that move these four iters individually, achieving a sort of classification for the materials. This procedure facilitates separation and stacking of the finished products of the same type.
It is widely used in the recycling and reuse of mines, coal mines, garbage and construction waste, earthwork engineering, urban infrastructure, roads or construction sites, and other site operations to screen the crushed ore materials.
