Introduction of Correction Means in Wan Bang Company.

History:
When WanBang estalished in year of 2001, in that year it started to produce correction means for office and school, include solvent correction fluid (all purpose use), correction pens.
In the year of 2005, we had success in research of solvent-free correction fluid and push it into market in 2006.

Products:
Nowadays except 11 types of correction pens, we also supply solvent and solvent free correction fluid to customers, with brush or sponge applicators. Both 20ml and 30ml types are available.
In bottle types, we use PA for solvent correction fluid, and PE for solvent free ones.

Producing Capacity:
Till today we have 3 auto-blowing machines to produce bottles, the maximum output is 45,000 bottles within 24hrs.
There are 1 set of melting and skiving pot for liquid of solvent base, it produces 400kgs per day, that means 16,000pcs for 20ml.
There are also another melting and skiving pot for liquid of solvent free one, it also produces 400kgs per day, 16,000pcs for 20ml.
We have 1 filling line for this product.
We do melting, filling, label and packaging in one workshop.

Certificates and Quality Guarantee:
We have reports of EN71 Part3, TRA and MSDS from SGS and Info Tox.
The quality were controlled in-house, our lab use viscometer to test its fluidity.
