We extend our experience, knowledge and understanding in printing industry to offset printing blanket, and invest considerably in this field to expand and diversify the product line so that both our plate and blanket work perfectly to meet demand of quality printers. The blanket is produced by the latest technology, under strict quality control, and meets the requirement of graphic arts.

- For Offset Printing

We supply both compressible and conventional rubber blanket for offset printing, in roll or in cut pieces as per sizes required by customers. Our compressible rubber blanket features the following:

Thickness 1.95mm or 1.68mm
Compressible Layer 4-ply for 1.95mm 3-ply for 1.68mm
Shore Hardness 78 +/- 1
Elongation <2% / 1,000N
Elongation at Break <5%
Elongation Intensity >4,000N

- Sizes readily available for leading printing machines
- Blanket for special printing is also available, such as UV blanket.
- We are able to supply sheet blanket with aluminum bars that required by certain offset machines.

For Gravure Printing

The same rubber blanket technology is applied to produce gravure printing. The typical type is for printing of bank note or similar securities. Such blanket is used by the official printer of bank note of Renminbi, the Chinese currency. This blanket features the following:

Thickness 0.50 +/- 0.02mm0.80 +/- 0.02mm
Elongation < 13%
Elongation at Break > 28 MPA (for 0.50mm)

- Under Blanket

The special treated under blanket enables perfect printing result on the final work of our blanket, with standard thickness at 1.00 mm. The under blanket has excellent feature of ink-resistance.
